WORDSEED LTD PROMOTIONAL TERMS

Eligibility: This promotion is open to any new and existing customers of WordSeed (or the applicable company name) who received the offer and comply with all the terms outlined below.

Promotional Period: The promotional period begins on October 1, 2023, and ends on October 31, 2023. The customer’s campaign must be launched within this period to qualify for the promotion.

Minimum Campaign Budget: To be eligible for the WordSeed credit, participants must have a campaign budget equal to, or exceeding, the Minimum Campaign Budget set out in the offer.

Campaign Duration: Campaigns must remain active and continuously running from October 2023 until January 2024, without interruption or suspension, to qualify for the WordSeed credit.

Budget Consistency: To qualify for the full WordSeed Credit, the average monthly spend over the campaign period must not fall below 50% of the agreed monthly budget. If the customer’s average monthly spend falls below this threshold, WordSeed reserves the right to adjust the amount of credit offered proportionally or as deemed appropriate.

Redemption Period: The WordSeed Credit is redeemable during the billing period covering January 2024.

Non-transferability: The WordSeed credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of credit.

Limitation: This promotion is limited to one award of WordSeed Credit per customer, company, or campaign.

Cancellation: If a campaign is cancelled, paused, or has its budget reduced below the minimum threshold at any time between October 2023 and January 2024, the participant becomes ineligible for the WordSeed credit.

No Stacking: This promotional offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, discounts, or credits offered by WordSeed unless expressly mentioned.

Changes and Termination: WordSeed reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without notice, for any reason in its sole discretion. If the promotion is terminated, WordSeed will honor the WordSeed Credit for any qualifying campaigns launched before the date of termination.

Liability: WordSeed will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience faced by the participants due to the cancellation, modification, or mismanagement of the promotional campaign.
